Hi Have one query on the Balance Sheet Signing Date Company A accounting year for ROC purpose is Jan to Dec and the returned is filed with ROC on 30th Jun For Income Tax purchase Company A makes another set of financial for Apr - Mar and it has internationsal transcation with Related Party therefore it submit the tax return by 30th Nov

Query

1) By when we the B/s has to be signed (is it before 30th Sep or 30th Nov)

2) By when the tax audit report needs to be signed (is it before 30th Sep or 30th Nov)
