Now the local states have started LBT replacing octroi,  most of the places

we pay LBT for the material received in that particular locality, Now When the material returned back how do claim LBT on the return material, Is there a procedure for the same  or do we have to inform the LBT office  in writing . or what documents to be kept for proving that material is returned

The reason for asking one of the LBT officer told us that we will not get the refund.
