Please help me . Jaggery Income is taxable or exempted ? A person is cultivating the sugarcane then he produces jaggery from his own sugarcane then he sells that produced jaggery in market . Is this income from jaggary sales taxable under income tax ?

But sir in villages all does this primarily . In large quantities but they never file the return. I have one comlexity sir our neighborhood deposited into bank in cash 2700000.
