Clarification about C form Issue

Dear Sir,

 

We have Received the C from Request Letter from a Supplier.

The Supplier have 2 Units in Same State. with Same Tin Number. Premises Addresses are Different locations.

He Asked Separate C form  for Each. ( For Same Quarter)

 

Can i Issue/Applied each separate C from  ? Please give clarification.
