Effective date of DVAT Amendment Rules, 2013

Dear All

As per Department of Trade & Taxes Notification No. 264 & 265 dated 30-03-2013 it makes amendments in DVAT Rules & Schedules.

What is effective date of these amendments ??

 For DVAT (Amendment) Act,2013 the effective date is 01-04-2013 (N.No.263 dt, 30-03-2013)
