We are manufacture. Following is the details of stay order . 1. Order  date 10.09.2012 2.Date of  Hearing  and pronounced  10.09.2012 3. Communication by tribunal on 03.12.2012 4. Order received on 13.12.2012 my query is:  what will be our stay period?

Commencement of stay period: stay begins on receipt of tribunal communication, not on pronouncement, for tax proceedings. Calculation of the stay period in tax proceedings centers on the date the affected party receives the tribunal's communication; the statutory stay timeframe is treated as commencing from that receipt date rather than the order pronouncement.
