Cash transaction limit requires payments above the prescribed threshold to be made by cheque or demand draft.
The operative rule stated in the advisory is that cash receipts are capped at Rs.20,000 from a single transaction; amounts exceeding that limit must be transacted by cheque or demand draft. (AI Summary)

 Sir,

Is there any limit for cash receipt  per day from single customer.

Rs.20,000/- is the limit for cash transaction. If the amount exceeds ₹ 20,000/- only cheque/DD is to be issued.
