Mediation - mediator's report taken on record - settlement agreement - consent terms - exercise of jurisdiction under Article 142 of the Constitution - treatment of settlement as decree/enforceable order - parties added as respondents by consent - registry directed to draw decree - disposal of appeal by consent - HELD THAT:- The original Settlement Agreement dated 24-12-2025 duly signed by the βTranscon Skycity Private Limited and Anchor Point Developers Private Limitedβ respectively be taken on record and shall be kept with the records of this case. The parties are directed to abide by the terms of Settlement without fail. With the aforesaid, the Civil Appeal stands disposed of.
