Suspension of allowable input norms per 1 kg raw cotton for textile exports; specified material quantities and usage conditions
Standard input-output norms specify allowable inputs per 1 kg of raw cotton (not carded or combed) for textile exports, listing quantities for grey cotton packing fabric (0.0035 kg), PP/HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE granules for woven packing (0.00229 kg), mild steel coils (0.00955 kg) and PVC straps (1.05 kg/kg of import content); the entry is suspended as of the referenced public notice. Notes clarify exclusivity-bales are packed either in grey fabric or plastic woven fabric, and strapped either with steel coil or PVC strap-and that input quantities must be adjusted for actual concentrate/purity. Applicants must ensure imported items are used in the export product.
