Standard Input-Output Norms set prescribed constituent inputs and their proportions for manufacture of the named chemical product and note that the entry is suspended via public notice. Applicants must determine and adhere to the prescribed proportions of inputs actually used in manufacture and ensure imported goods correspond to those required for the export product, with an obligation to verify that imports are used in the exported manufacture.
