Suspension applies to PVC Stabiliser PA 8009 (lead content 25 1%) specified by constituent percentages and per kilogram input weights for lead metal, stearic acid (and mixed fatty acids), polyethylene wax, paraffin wax and Bisphenol A. Applicants must determine and document the proportion of inputs used in manufacture and ensure imported goods are those actually used or required in the export product, matching declared input proportions for export manufacturing.
