Standard Input-Output Norms specify constituent chemicals and proportions per kilogram for manufacture of Direct Yellow 106 (dye content 77%), identify alternative precursors for key intermediates, and record suspension by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 dated 03-05-2024. The norms require determination of allowable input proportions for resultant products and impose a compliance obligation that applicants shall ensure imported goods are those used or required in the export product.
