of <h1>New SION Guidelines: 1.02 kg Base Oil Needed per 1 kg Light Mineral Oil for Export Compliance</h1> The Standard Input-Output Norms (SION) for Light Liquid Paraffin, Light White Oil, or Light Mineral Oil under the Foreign Trade Policy. It specifies that for every 1 kg of these oils, 1.02 kg of Base Oil with a maximum viscosity of 40 cst at 40oC is required. The schedule is intended to determine the proportion of inputs necessary for manufacturing resultant products. Applicants must ensure that the imported goods are those required for the export product.
