Standard Input-Output Norms prescribe composition and per kilogram input quantities for a two component laminated adhesive (component A: 80% resin/20% solvent; component B: 50% resin/50% solvent) and are suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 dated 03-05-2024. Solid inputs must be scaled pro rata with changes in resin content, solvent inputs adjusted in inverse ratio to solvent percentage, and applicants must ensure imported goods correspond to and are used in the export product.
