Suspension of two-component polyurethane laminating adhesive input-output norms under Foreign Trade Policy by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25
Standard input-output norms under the Foreign Trade Policy specify material composition and input quantities for a two-component polyurethane laminating adhesive (60% resin, 40% solvent) yielding 1 kg finished product: resin components-adipic acid 0.124 kg, isophthalic acid 0.183 kg, diethylene glycol 0.212 kg, monoethylene glycol 0.030 kg, TDI 0.122 kg-and solvent (ethyl acetate/MEK) 0.400 kg. The norms may be adjusted pro rata for different resin percentages and solvent requirements varied inversely with solvent content. The provision is currently suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 dated 03-05-2024. Applicants must ensure imported inputs are those actually used in the exported product.
