        <h1>Import controls on scheduled narcotics: prohibited entries or certificate requirement govern importation of listed controlled substances.</h1> Importation of listed narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances is governed by three import-status categories: A (import prohibited), B (import prohibited except by the Government Opium and Alkaloid Factory) and C (import requires an import certificate from the Narcotics Commissioner).
