of <h1>Standard input-output norms for flame retardant HIPS (MFI>6) suspended; imported inputs must match exports - Public Notice No. 03/2024-25</h1> Standard input-output norms under the Foreign Trade Policy for Flame Retardant High Impact Polystyrene (MFI>6) (H533) are listed and currently suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 dated 03-05-2024. For 1 MT of final product the prescribed inputs are: styrene monomer 0.714 MT; polybutadiene rubber 0.066 MT; mineral oil/liquid paraffin 0.017 MT; styrene butadiene copolymer 0.082 MT; flame retardant additive 0.123 MT; antimony trioxide 0.041 MT; and titanium dioxide/pigment/masterbatch 0.020 MT. Note amends prior wording on mineral oil and requires that imported inputs match those used in the export product.
