of <h1>Suspension of SION H194 under FTP for plastic brushes and brooms; specified input-output norms and material allowances apply</h1> SION for plastic shaving/household brushes/street brooms (H194) under FTP is suspended per the cited public notice. The prescribed input-output norms specify per kg of export product: nylon/PP/PVC monofilament bristles 1.05 kg; polymers (ABS/PP/HIPS granules) 1.05 kg; plastic-coated mild steel handles on a net-to-net basis; and dyes up to 1% of polymer weight. For coloured items a colour masterbatch of 0.01 kg/kg polymer is permitted, reducing the polymer allowance to 1.04 kg/kg; if dyes are used, masterbatch is excluded. Applicants must ensure imported inputs match those used in manufacture of the export product.
