        <h1>Foreign trade allows net-to-net imports of specified inputs for 60-100cc scooters CKD/SKD/CBU; items 73-79 capped 5% FOB, entry suspended</h1> Schedule lists authorized inputs for import under Foreign Trade Policy for above-60cc up to 100cc scooters in CKD/SKD/CBU condition, specifying quantities for raw materials (steel, aluminum, polymers, rubbers, paints, etc.) and numerous components/assemblies to be accounted net-to-net. Items 73-79 (tooling, cutting/grinding tools, adhesives, steel shots) are permitted up to 5% of FOB value of exports. Imports must match specifications of the exported product and applicants must ensure imported goods are used in manufacture of the exported scooter. The entry is marked suspended by a public notice.
