of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy lists permissible inputs and ratios for manufacturing non-split air conditioners; schedule suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25</h1> Standard input-output norms under the Foreign Trade Policy for air conditioners (all types excluding split units) list permissible inputs and their ratios for manufacture, specifying items such as compressor (1 No.), compressor components (grill assembly net-to-net), copper tubing (net +1% wastage), fractional HP motor (1 No.), louver motor net-to-net, capacitor (1 No.), copper capillary (1 No.), thermostat (1 No.), propeller (fan) (1 No.), blower, switch (1 No.), main cord (1 No.), MS/galvanised steel sheet/coil (net +5% wastage), aluminium sheet/foil (net +2% wastage), powder paint (0.5% of FOB) and eco-friendly refrigerant gas (net-to-net). The schedule was suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 (03-05-2024). Applicants must ensure imported inputs are used in the exported product.
