The norm unit is 1,000 kg and permissible input materials include ferro-molybdenum, ferro-tungsten and ferro-vanadium, with required quantities calculated by formulas multiplying 3330 by the mean percentage of the element in the finished steel divided by the mean percentage in the respective ferro-alloy. Applicants must ensure imported inputs correspond to those used or required in the exported product.
