For 1 MT of export product permitted inputs include high-carbon and low-carbon ferrochrome each at 0.847 kg per kg of chromium content in the export product; unwrought nickel at 1.02 kg per kg of nickel content; ferro molybdenum at 1.40 kg per kg of molybdenum content; and carbon steel melting scrap at 1.122 kg per kg of iron content subject to reductions (0.357×quantity of ferrochrome allowed and 0.280×quantity of ferro molybdenum). Ceramic grains are limited to 4% of FOB and grinding wheels to 2% of FOB. Applicants must ensure imported inputs are actually used in the export product.
