Prescribes Input-Output Norms for export of machined stainless steel casting parts ( 90% by weight), listing per-1MT allowances for raw materials, additives, miscellaneous consumables and furnace oil; applies where manufacture uses Electric Arc or Induction Furnace with melting scrap; graphite electrode disallowed if induction furnace used; inputs must be proportionately reduced where stainless steel content is below 100% and at least 90%; applicants must ensure imported inputs are those used in the export product.
