Standard Input-Output Norms define allowable inputs and quantities for Carbon Steel Submerged Arc Welded Pipes with three-layer polyethylene coating, listing required inputs (Non Alloy HR coils/plates, welding wire, epoxy powder, adhesive, polyethylene) and allowing miscellaneous items up to 6% of FOB value. An additional X Ray Tube is permitted for orders above 25,000 MT.
