of <h1>Input norms for 1 kg D-grade sintered bronze parts: specified copper, tin, iron, lubricant quantities and Rs.2.43 misc cap</h1> For manufacture of one kilogram of sintered bronze bushes and parts 'D' grade, the schedule (suspended by public notice dated 03-05-2024) prescribes input norms: either 1 kg copper mill scale (min. 80% Cu) or 0.9183 kg copper powder electrolytic/atomised; tin ingot 0.0552 kg or tin powder 0.05315 kg; solid lubricant 0.0106 kg; iron powder (sponge/atomised) 0.3084 kg; lubricating oil 0.0403 kg; plus miscellaneous items (jigs, grinding wheels, honing stones) capped at Rs. 2.43 per kg of exported product. Applicants must ensure imported inputs are actually used in the export product.
