of <h1>Standards for Rubber Polished Brakes (A1712): Required input proportions per kg and obligation to match imported inputs</h1> Standard input-output norms for manufacture of 'Rubber Polished brakes' (A1712) prescribe component quantities per 1 kg finished product: Natural/Synthetic rubber 0.600 kg, precipitated silica 0.200 kg, accelerators 0.015 kg, antioxidant 0.010 kg, titanium dioxide (anatase) 0.015 kg, zinc oxide 0.030 kg, and miscellaneous chemicals (processing aids, plasticizers, sulphur, dyes excluding resorcinol) 0.090 kg. These norms, currently suspended under a public notice, are used to determine permissible input proportions; applicants must ensure imported inputs correspond to and are actually used in the exported product.
