It specifies the materials and components required for manufacturing various types of leather bags, including lining materials, components, zip fasteners, miscellaneous items, and packing materials. Lining materials allow for actual usage plus 5% wastage, components and zip fasteners have a net content plus 1% wastage, and miscellaneous items and spares are calculated at 2% of the FOB value. Packing materials are to be used as per the packing policy.
