GST rate adjustment applies to rubber impregnated or coated textile yarn and cords from the notified effective date. GST @ 5% with effect from 22-09-2025 applies to rubber thread and cord, textile covered; textile yarn; and strips of heading 5404 or 5405 that are impregnated, coated, covered or sheathed with rubber or plastics, as listed in Schedule I and notified by the relevant rate notification.
