<h1>India Extends Reduced AIDC on Crude Oils to March 2025, Excludes Certain Goods from April 2024 Under Notification 65/2023.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 65/2023-Customs, amending the previous Notification No. 49/2021-Customs. This amendment extends the deadline for reduced Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess (AIDC) on crude soya, sunflower, and palm oils from 31st March 2024 to 31st March 2025. However, the amendment specifies that this extension will not apply to certain goods listed under serial numbers 1, 2, and 3 of the table in the original notification, effective from 1st April 2024.
