        <h1>Transport and Marketing Assistance for agriculture exports reimburses international freight and marketing costs for eligible registered exporters.</h1> Transport and Marketing Assistance reimburses the international component of freight and provides marketing aid to registered exporters of specified agricultural products (HSN chapters 1-24, excluding listed exceptions) for shipments to designated countries. Assistance is payable by direct bank transfer as part reimbursement of freight actually paid, varies by region and mode (TEU basis for sea; per kilogram for air), is admissible only for payments in free foreign exchange via normal banking channels and exports through EDI ports, and excludes certain export categories and modes; DGFT regional authorities administer claims and recovery procedures.
