This scheme aims to support industrial clusters with high growth potential by providing world-class infrastructure. The government will fund up to 70% of the project costs, excluding land, with a maximum grant of Rs. 125 crore per cluster. Clusters must cover at least 40 acres. Entrepreneurs must form a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to manage the project, contributing 30% of the cost. The scheme is open nationwide, and proposals can be submitted for approval.
