of <h1>India-Malaysia Trade: Enhanced Tariff Concessions & Extension of Anti-Dumping Duties on Chinese Rubber Chemicals.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 53/2011-Customs to provide enhanced tariff concessions for specific goods imported from Malaysia under the India-Malaysia Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement, effective from June 30, 2016. Additionally, it addresses the continuation of anti-dumping duties on certain rubber chemicals, specifically Dibenzothiazole disulphide, originating from China. The review, initiated by the designated authority, extends the anti-dumping duty imposed in 2011 for another year, until October 19, 2017, unless revoked earlier. This amendment is in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules.
