This decision follows preliminary findings indicating that these tiles were exported to India below normal value, causing injury to the domestic industry. The duty, set at $1.37 per square meter, applies to imports directly from China or through other countries, and will be in effect for up to six months. The duty is payable in Indian currency, with exchange rates determined by the Ministry of Finance.
