of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Phenol from Thailand and Japan Until April 2016 Under Customs Notification 14/2015</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 14/2015-Customs (ADD) to extend the validity of anti-dumping duty on 'Phenol' originating from Thailand and Japan. This extension, recommended by the designated authority, prolongs the measures initially imposed by Notification No. 120/2010-Customs (ADD) dated December 1, 2010. The anti-dumping duty will now remain in force until April 18, 2016, unless revoked earlier. This action is taken under the provisions of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the related rules governing anti-dumping duties.
