      Rescinds the sector specific Special Economic Zone for IT SEZ at Village Jhund Sarai and Bhangrola Villages, Distt. Gurgaon in the state of Haryana.
      Summary: The Central Government rescinds the sector-specific SEZ notification for the IT SEZ at the specified villages pursuant to the SEZ Act and Rules following the developer's proposal and approved denotification, while preserving acts done or omitted prior to rescission.

      Rescinds the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Engineering at Village Hamirpur, Wazirpur, Khentawas & Saidpur, District Gurgaon in the state of Haryana.
      Summary: The Central Government rescinds the notification establishing the sector-specific Special Economic Zone for engineering at the specified villages in District Gurgaon, covering 103.0154 hectares, on the developer's proposal to denotify the area, exercised under the SEZ regulatory framework, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.

      Rescinds the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Biotechnology at village Rahka and Rani-ka-Singola, Tehsil-Sohna, District-Gurgaon in the state of Haryana.
      Summary: Pursuant to the developer's approved request, the Central Government, exercising powers under the proviso to the relevant rule of the Special Economic Zone Rules, formally rescinds the earlier notification for the sector specific biotechnology SEZ, subject only to protection of acts done or omissions made prior to rescission.
