      Summary: Determination of Arm's Length Price requires rigorous comparability analysis of transactional factors-place and time of contracting and execution, delivery schedule and volume, payment and credit terms, inspection and acceptance terms, allocation of risks and contingencies, and prevailing market conditions. The law prescribes specific methods (comparable uncontrolled price, resale price, cost plus, profit split, transactional net margin and other prescribed methods) and mandates selection of the most appropriate method that provides the most reliable measure of arm's length price, with the Assessing Officer empowered to determine price during assessment if documentation or data are inadequate.

      Summary: The Government proposes a dedicated Rs.100 crores Plan allocation to promote Community Radio Stations, comprising Rs.90 crores for financial support to stations and Rs.10 crores for training, capacity building and awareness, with additional grants for research, innovation and an Emergency Grant.
