The pacts-signed during a national maritime event where the central government seeks Rs 10 lakh crore-include port expansion and adjacent industrial-area development with a major port operator, expansion at another commercial port by a large industrial group, plans for a water-taxi link from the new airport, and a new marina to bolster water transport, sports and global supply-chain integration.
