<h1>Metro Golden Line station extended to link Terminal 1 with Aerocity interchange, integrating Airport Express, Magenta, RRTS, and APM</h1> A planned metro station on the Golden Line will be extended to provide direct rail connectivity between Terminal 1 and the Aerocity interchange, creating a multimodal link that, together with the existing Airport Express and Magenta lines, will enable improved connectivity to Terminals 1-3. The airport operator is coordinating with the metro authority and regional rail planners to develop an integrated Aerocity station that will also serve the RRTS and an Automated People Mover (APM). The proposed APM (air train) is to be procured on a design-build-finance-operate-transfer basis, requiring inter-agency agreements and project procurement, construction and operational coordination.
