<h1>Life insurer wins global human capital award for customer-focused blended learning program improving accountability, service, claims, underwriting</h1> An Indian life insurer received a global human capital management award for a customer-focused training program that used blended learning, coaching, gamified assessments and microlearning to improve accountability and end-to-end customer service across operations, claims, underwriting and service delivery. The program, developed with an e-learning partner, was evaluated by an external awards panel on alignment to business need, program design and measurable impact. The insurer, a joint venture between a financial services firm and a bank, reported FY2024-25 gross written premium of INR 33,223 crore and said a recent domain migration does not affect existing policyholders.
