<h1>Second Best Companies for Women list shows 33% women representation and strong DEI program uptake across employers</h1> Organizers of a regional benchmarking study announced the second edition of a Best Companies for Women list covering Gulf Cooperation Council jurisdictions, identifying employers that meet DEI metrics across recruitment, retention, leadership representation, pay equity, parental support, flexible work and management accountability. The report ranks a top ten and additional qualifying employers (names withheld), and reports women's representation at 33%, 42% of new hires being women, 28% of women promoted (34% within the top ten), and high uptake of programs such as leadership training (95%), mentoring/coaching (79%), ERGs (63%) and maternity-related protections and counselling (63%).
