<h1>Centralised complaint platform to streamline digital arrest fraud reporting and coordinate cross jurisdictional responses and preventive alerts.</h1> Delhi Police will implement a centralised complaint mechanism to let victims lodge digital arrest fraud complaints irrespective of jurisdiction, supported by a four member committee to draft guidelines and by specialised cybercrime units compiling a detailed database of gangs (profiles, locations, cases, methods) to map criminal networks, analyse modus operandi, and develop preventive alert systems and advisories for public service platforms, banks and telecom providers.
