Incoming scrap will receive strict acceptance inspections, metal removal, and re compounding; recycled and some virgin materials will be reformulated to meet target specifications and the materials will meet the same quality standards as virgin products. The program requires establishment of collection routes, application procedures, and collaboration with customers and waste treatment firms, with phased supply in Japan and development of regional recycling chains.
