<h1>Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Granted Rs. 1004 Crore for Key Reforms under Capital Expenditure Scheme.</h1> Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh have been awarded additional financial assistance of Rs. 1004 crore for completing three out of four citizen-centric reforms as part of the Special Assistance to States for Capital Expenditure scheme. Madhya Pradesh will receive Rs. 660 crore, while Andhra Pradesh will get Rs. 344 crore. This scheme, announced as part of the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat package, aims to boost capital expenditure amid financial challenges due to COVID-19. The reforms include One Nation, One Ration Card, Ease of Doing Business, and Urban Local Bodies. The scheme has garnered significant interest, with Rs. 9880 crore in capital expenditure proposals approved for 27 states.
