A central trade authority issued a notification dated 23 September 2025 amending Appendix-3 (the SCOMET list) of Schedule-II (Export Policy) of the ITC(HS) 2022 under statutory export control powers; the revised list, aligned with multilateral export control regimes, will be published on the authority's website and takes effect 30 days after issuance to allow transition time for industry stakeholders.
