      The Central Government rescinded its 2009 notification establishing a 14.2903-hectare sector-specific Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES in Mahadevapura/Kaggadasapura, Bangalore, following the applicant's request for de-notification, the State Government's No Objection Certificate dated 5 July 2025, and a recommendation from the Development Commissioner; the rescission applies prospectively and does not affect actions or omissions completed before the rescission, and the de-notified land will conform to the State's land-use guidelines.
