about showing notification in ER-1

Respected sir,

                        As we are selling goods falling under chapter heading no.74 & now to file ER-1 of March-2012 in  the payable sheet of finished goods we have to write tariff noti.no.02/2008 till the sale upto 16-03-12, do we have to write the same tariff noti.no. 02/2008 or there is a change in it.
