DEPB rate for Ground granulated blast furnace slag.

we are a SEZ developer and is entitiled for depb credit on the goods procured in a sez for use in a authorised operation.

we have proceured recently Ground granulatedblast furnace slag to be used in construction togather with the cement.

Although the DEPB rate is avilable for cement but we are not getting the rate for 'Ground granulatedblast furnace slag ' The central excise tariff of this item is 26180000.

please guide us under which catagory and at what rate the DEPB benefit is available on this product. your early response will be appreciated.

Very true that due to lack of knowledge we should not loose any benefit which is legally available to us.  Please also check whether you are entitled for export benefit under All Industry Duty Drawback or not.  Further, also check the benefits under Chapter 3 of the FTP.
