Parking allocation dispute: seek amicable resolution, serve notice, escalate to association, then pursue legal forum if needed.
Member directed by an AGM resolution to relocate a long standing scooter parking despite no prior notice and no specific parking allocation. Recommended steps: seek amicable resolution with management, serve written notice, escalate to the association of societies if unresolved, and, if necessary, engage a legal professional and approach the appropriate forum for relief. (AI Summary)

Sir,

1.  I am Parking my Scooter at certain place since last 13 years.

2. Now One member raised problem in AGM that he is getting problem in movement of his Car while parking in his car in the alloted place. Society passed Resolution in AGM  stating I should park scooter at  other place.

3. I was not present in the meeting. No previous notice/letter was given to me before AGM & Society Passed Resolution.

4. I wrote to the society that he is getting problem due to another person who has parked the car & not because of me. vancancy of my scooter parking will not resolve the problem.

5. Society has not alloted me any specific Scooter Parking space. It is not charging Scooter parking charges.

6. Kindly , advise- What I should do ?

If the problem is not solved amicably, you approach the appropriate Forum for legal remedy. You may also take help from legal professional in this regard.

First of all, you may also try to resolve the issue by giving a simple notice to the society management and thereafter, to the association of societies in case society management fails to solve the issue.
