4. I wrote to the society that he is getting problem due to another person who has parked the car & not because of me. vancancy of my scooter parking will not resolve the problem.

5. Society has not alloted me any specific Scooter Parking space. It is not charging Scooter parking charges.

Housing Society Dispute Over Scooter Parking Spot; Resolution Passed Without Prior Notice to Owner A cooperative housing society member has been parking a scooter in the same spot for 13 years. Recently, another member complained during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that the scooter obstructs car movement in an allocated parking space. The society passed a resolution for the scooter to be parked elsewhere, without notifying the scooter owner beforehand. The owner contends that the issue arises from another car, not the scooter. The society has not assigned a specific parking space for the scooter nor charges for it. A reply suggests resolving the issue amicably or seeking legal advice if necessary. (AI Summary)
