ADITYA PODUGU

Dear sir ,

my client is failing to file a return of fy 2018-19 month of April he had an RCM actually the months of april return actually his paid on 19-20 april is the delay of 1 year till now we didn't receive the any notice from the portal but manual notice is coming from client place of business please suggest me what else I can do and what suggestion to give me the client

Client Misses GST Return Deadline; Must Pay Interest, Dues, Late Fees to Avoid Registration Issues; Self-Assessment Option Available A client failed to file a Goods and Services Tax (GST) return for April of the fiscal year 2018-19, resulting in a one-year delay. Despite not receiving a notice from the portal, a manual notice was issued from the client's business location. Three responses were provided: pay interest for the delayed period, pay all tax dues with interest and file returns with late fees to avoid suspension or cancellation of registration, and self-assess and pay taxes with interest, noting the potential to claim credit if services were received from an unregistered person, although this might be disputed.
