Dear Sir,

Manufacturing Company has set up occupational health center in the factory premises. Doctors are the employees of the company, however it is taking services of paramedic support and ambulance drivers.

This paramedic support services includes (1) experienced nurses having BSC Nursing/GNM Nursing etc with registration of nursing council (2) Team lead having diploma/bachelor/masters degree. Ambulance services includes drivers having education upto 10th & driving licence.

We request you to please advice us applicable TDS section and rate with reference to act or case laws, if any.
